Scope

What we take on

Jobs measured in days and weeks, not years. If it's outside what we do, we'll say so and point you to someone who does it.

Bathrooms

Full remodels or a single room refreshed — vanities, tubs, showers, fixtures and the plumbing behind them.

Kitchen

Cabinets, counters, backsplash and appliance hookups, fitted to the room you already have.

Drywall

Hanging, patching, finishing and texture — from a single hole to a whole room.

Painting

Interior and exterior, prepped properly so it still looks right after a Florida summer.

Flooring

Tile, vinyl plank and hardwood, laid level with clean transitions and trim.

Tiling

Showers, floors and backsplashes. Niches, seats and mosaic inlays set straight and even.

Installations

Doors, cabinets, lighting, fixtures and appliances — installed and finished, not just dropped in.

Repairs

Water damage, rot, trim and the general fixes that keep a house from turning into a bigger job.

Sequence

How a job runs

Four steps, in this order, every time. You'll know what happens next before it happens.

Step 01

Walkthrough

We come out, look at the work, and talk through what you want. Usually within a couple of business days of your call.

Step 02

Written estimate

A line-item price with materials, labor and a start date. No cost, no obligation, no surprise numbers later.

Step 03

Permits & schedule

We pull the permits the job needs and book inspections. You get a start date and a realistic finish date.

Step 04

Build & walk the punch list

Clean site at the end of each day. We walk the finished work with you and fix anything on the list before final payment.
